Kirkland Advises Blackstone Growth on Investment in Cloudinary
Kirkland & Ellis advised funds managed by Blackstone Growth (BXG) on an investment in Cloudinary, the media experience cloud company that powers many of the world’s top brands. The transaction represents an investment of more than $100 million and values Cloudinary at $2 billion USD.
The Kirkland team was led by corporate partners Chris Burwell and Sean Kramer and associate Ryan Anderson, and tax partners Devin Heckman and Mike Beinus, with support from corporate partner Adam Phillips, and included technology & IP transactions partners Matt Lovell and Amber Harezlak, and executive compensation partner Rohit Nafday.
