Kirkland Advises CPP Investments And Motive Partners on $1.4 Billion Investment in FNZ
Kirkland & Ellis is advising Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (“CPP Investments”) and Motive Partners on the US$1.4 billion new equity investment in FNZ, a global wealth management platform. One of the largest ever primary capital raises in the wealth management sector, the transaction values FNZ at over US$20 billion.
