Kirkland Advises Bernhard Capital Partners on Charah Solutions’ Definitive Agreement to be Acquired by SER Capital Partners

Kirkland & Ellis counseled Bernhard Capital Partners (BCP), Charah Solutions Inc.’s largest equity holder, in connection with a merger agreement between SER Capital Partners (SER) and Charah Solutions, a leading provider of environmental services and byproduct recycling to the power generation industry. The transaction is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2023, after which Charah Solutions will be a wholly owned portfolio company of SER.
