Kirkland Advises Advantive on Closing of Growth Recapitalization

Kirkland & Ellis counseled Advantive, LLC, a portfolio company of TA Associates and a provider of mission-critical software for specialty manufacturing and distribution businesses, on its growth recapitalization led by a syndicate of investors including Insight Partners and OA Private Capital. TA remains the largest equity holder in Advantive. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction closed on September 15, 2023.
