Kirkland Advises Warburg Pincus on the Sale of its Remaining Stake in Reiss
Kirkland & Ellis is advising Warburg Pincus on the sale of its remaining stake in Reiss to NEXT plc and the Reiss family for total consideration of £128 million on a fully diluted basis. The transaction is subject to customary conditions including regulatory approvals.
